What is a Brew Bag? 
Similar to a tea bag, our signature brew bag is steeped in hot water for 8 mins for the best taste. Be sure to follow the directions on the package. 

What is the expected turnaround time for my order? 
Orders Labeled "Pre-Sale/Early Bird" will be shipping in Jan 2024. When you order you will get an order number and confirmation, and when your order is fulfilled by our distribution center, you will receive another confirmation. We appreciate your patience during the Early Bird Special, so we are offering 10% off all orders, and an additional discount code for your next purchase.

What is a pre-sale? 
A pre-sale is an early opportunity to purchase a product before its official release. Participating offers exclusive incentives, limited availability, and often special pricing.
Payments are secure, and post-sale communication includes updates on production and delivery.
